We’ll arrange a free initial consultation to discuss your needs, goals, specific tasks you need assistance with, communication preferences, work hours, turnaround times, and your working style.

Step 2: Task Setup

When our project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello), communication tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom), and file sharing systems (e.g., are all setup, we’ll establish a clear workflow for task management, including how tasks will be assigned, tracked, and completed.

Step 3: Review and Adjust

During the first 30 days, we’ll schedule regular check-ins to discuss progress, address any concerns, and make adjustments as needed.

To make sure that the entire onboarding process is a breeze – 

  • Determine the number of hours per week needed for assistance (on average). We can discuss your goals during our discovery call

How do I track your time?

I use a timekeeping tool (Time Doctor Toggle or Clockify) and assign each chunk of time to a specific task. I submit end-of-day reports to make sure you have a detailed description of my work.

What tools and software do you use?

I use Trello and Asana to track progress every step of the way and keep all to-do lists, deadlines, and ideas organized.
